Robert J. Callaway, MBA, SPHR, is the Employment and Employee Relations Manager for Pinal County. Mr. Callaway supervises the Recruitment unit and the Employee Relations functions for Pinal County.  Mr. Callaway currently serves as the CAHRMA President. He received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces New Mexico.  He has nearly 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field and has supported organizations in State Government and County Government.

In his spare time he loves hanging out with his family and children. He is also passionate about riding his off road motorcycle and trying to learn to play golf.
