Welcome to the Central Arizona Human Resource Management Association (CAHRMA) website. CAHRMA is a non-profit professional organization and an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), serving Pinal county and surrounding areas.
 
CAHRMA’s mission is to support human resources professional’s effectiveness and career development, with unparalleled and distinctive quality practices to augment their knowledge and experience through professional networking and training.  CAHRMA seeks to establish interactive spheres so you can broaden your background and expertise in important human resource related issues, thereby assisting you in your commitment and strategic contribution that achieves your organization’s goals in-line with its mission statement.

Today’s complex world of human resource management is faced with the task of finding ethical solutions that protect both employees and the interests of the company, as well as provide an acceptable level of satisfaction to the employee to accomplish the operational objectives and cooperative environment.  Human Resource management has become a multifaceted area and a critical component in any organization – no matter what size.
