Kimberlee Verdugo is currently employed as the Director of Classification and Compensation at Central Arizona College. Kimberlee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and a Master’s degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University.  Kimberlee has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources in different capacities.

Kimberlee moved to Arizona with her family in 2007. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.

Amy Marshall, SPHR, is currently employed with Pinal County Federal Credit Union, as the Vice President of Human Resources. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Master’s of Management degree from Northern Arizona University. Amy started her Human Resource career with Abbott in 1997 and has experience in all faucets of the field.

Amy is married and the proud mother of 3 beautiful children. The kids are involved in softball and baseball including school, city and club teams. Most of the family time is spent at practice or traveling to tournaments. The family also enjoys camping, being outdoors and spending time together.



Kelly Rosburg, PHR, is currently employed with Sun Life Family Health Center as Manager, Talent Acquisition.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.  Kelly has experienced all aspects of Human Resources during her 20 years in the field serving in various employment settings including health care, manufacturing, and banking.  Kelly relocated from Northwest Iowa to Casa Grande in 2010 with her husband.  They enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities.




Debby Turner is currently employed at the City of Casa Grande as a Human Resources Analyst. Debby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Debby has 20+ years’ experience in human resources management in a variety of employment settings including health care and public sector and has experience in all areas of the Human Resources field.

Debby and her husband enjoy spending their leisure time camping and riding their ATV.



Brandi Clark, MBA, is currently employed as the Executive Director, Human Resources for Central Arizona College. Brandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Brandi has over 16 years’ experience in human resource management serving in both private and public sector employment. In 2014, Brandi was named the Human Resources Professional of the Year by CAHRMA.

Brandi is a native of Casa Grande, where her family still resides. Brandi and family enjoy spending their leisure time at their cabin in Pinetop and camping.
